LineCrate Nation

Brand Ambassador Guide

You’re Part of the Crew Now.

Welcome to LineCrate Nation.

We’re rooted in the line trade, built around blue-collar life, and growing to serve all blue-collar workers, patriots, and the families who stand behind them.

As a LineCrate Brand Ambassador, you’re helping us do more than sell products. You’re helping us grow a community and a brand that shows up for blue-collar families when it matters most.

Welcome to the Crew

The essentials for representing LineCrate with honesty, energy and blue-collar pride.

Who We Are

Rooted in the line trade. Built for the blue-collar life. All one Nation.

LineCrate started in the line-trade community and continues to grow across the blue-collar world.

We believe in hard work, family, brotherhood and sisterhood, pride in the trades, and taking care of our own.

That should come through in the content we create and the products we put into the world.

Why Your Role Matters

When you create content, make a sale, share an idea, or introduce someone new to LineCrate, you help grow the business that makes our community programs possible.

LineKid Christmas Program

Your content helps us keep growing, and growth helps us keep showing up.

That does not mean every individual purchase equals a specific dollar amount donated. Our ability to support these programs comes from the overall growth and sales of our shop and Clubs.

We are a heart-centered company, and helping families is part of who we are.

When it feels natural, talk about our mission and the ways LineCrate shows up for the blue-collar community, but do not claim a specific donation amount or percentage unless a campaign clearly states one.

Your Role on the Crew

We don’t want you sounding like an ad.

WE WANT YOU.

Share real experiences. Show products in real life. Tell people what you actually like, what caught your attention, who you think would use it, or why it makes a good gift.

Your personality is the reason people follow you.

And being part of the Crew goes beyond posting.

WE WANT YOUR FEEDBACK.

  • What products your audience responds to
  • What they keep asking about
  • What you think we should make next
  • What you love and what could be better
  • Ideas for future products, Clubs, boxes, content, or campaigns

You’re close to the people we’re trying to serve. We want to hear what you’re seeing.

Create Like a Person, Not a Commercial

Be RealTalk the way you normally talk. Honest reactions beat polished sales pitches.
Show It in Real LifeUse the product. Hold it. Wear it. Gift it. Put it to work. Let people see why it matters.
Start With the Story, Problem or ReactionGive people a reason to stop scrolling before asking them to buy anything.
Test Different AnglesOne product can have several buyers and several stories. Try more than one approach.
Use the Tools We Give YouWe built Creator Tools to make creating easier. You’ll find product audiences, benefits, hooks, angles, content ideas, examples, assets, and sample options all in one place.

Keep It Accurate

We want strong content, but we also want trustworthy content.

  • Share your real opinion and experience.
  • Don’t make claims you can’t support.
  • Don’t say LineCrate donates a specific amount or percentage unless the campaign specifically says so.
  • Clearly disclose when you received a product or may earn commission when required.
  • If you’re unsure whether you can say something, ask us.

Who You’re Talking To

Depending on the product, your audience may include:

LineMenBlue-Collar Workers PatriotsLinewives & Partners Blue-Collar Wives & PartnersParents FamiliesGift Buyers

Don’t force every product to fit every audience.

A lineman-specific item should speak to LineMen and people buying for LineMen. A broader blue-collar product can reach across several trades.

Use the product itself to decide who should hear the message.

Our Programs

Growth helps us keep showing up.

Our Fallen Heroes’ Child Program helps us continue showing up for children who have lost a parent on their blue-collar job.

Through our LineKid Christmas Program, we work to make Christmas a little brighter for children of fallen linemen.

We also work alongside Line Brother’s Keeper to help raise awareness and funds for injured and fallen LineMen and their families.

These programs are supported by the overall growth and sales of our shop and Clubs—not a fixed amount from every individual purchase.

It’s a Two-Way Crew

Your feedback helps us understand the people we serve and build what they actually want.

  • Products your audience responds to
  • Ideas for Clubs and boxes
  • Content people want to watch
  • What your audience is asking for
  • What is working
  • What could be better

One Last Thing

You’re not here just to post a link.

You’re part of the LineCrate Crew.

Your content, ideas, feedback, and relationship with your audience can help shape where LineCrate goes next.

Build. Create. Sell. Repeat.

And help us keep showing up for the blue-collar community along the way.
