Before requesting a sample, keep it simple:

2. Pick the product that best fits your audience.
3. Submit the sample request form.

Samples are not just free products. Samples are tools to help you create content, make sales, and grow as a LineCrate Brand Ambassador.
WHO CAN REQUEST A SAMPLE?
Samples are available for approved Brand Ambassadors.
Sample approval is based on brand fit, content quality, audience match, product match, posting consistency, communication, and past performance, if available.
Not every sample request is guaranteed. We do our best to match creators with products that make sense for their content and audience.
CHOOSE THE RIGHT PRODUCT
Before requesting a sample, ask yourself:
Would my audience actually like this product?
Can I create at least 3 videos for it?
Do I have a good idea for how to show it?
Does it fit my content style?
Would I honestly recommend it?
If the answer is yes, request it. If you are unsure, check the Best Selling Products page first.
POSTING DEADLINE
If you receive a sample, please post your first video within 7 days of delivery when possible.
If you need more time, please let the LineCrate Crew know.
Creators who receive samples and do not post or communicate may be moved to Inactive and may not be approved for future samples.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Once your sample is approved, we will ship it as soon as possible.
Shipping time may vary depending on product availability, platform, supplier, shipping carrier, and your location.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your request.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information.
REQUIRED AGREEMENTS
The form below requires you to confirm:
✓ I understand samples are for creating content and are not guaranteed.
✓ I agree to clearly disclose gifted products, commissions, affiliate links, or brand relationships.
✓ I understand I should post my first video within 7 days of delivery when possible.
✓ I agree to create honest content and avoid false claims.
✓ I understand commissions, bonuses, views, sales, and income are not guaranteed.
✓ I understand I am an independent creator and not an employee of LineCrate.
I give LineCrate permission to repost or share approved content on LineCrate social media, website, emails, and brand pages.
✓ I understand paid ad usage, Spark Ads, or whitelisting may require additional approval.
AFTER YOU SUBMIT
After you submit your sample request, we will review it.
If approved, we will either approve your sample through TikTok Shop, approve your sample through Shopify Collabs, ship your sample directly, or contact you if we need more information.
If your request is not approved, it does not mean you are removed from the Brand Ambassador Crew. It may simply mean that product is not the right fit right now.
